We are often asked by our family and professional enquirers whether we are able to offer merchandise,
- that would help them to raise awareness of fragile X amongst the general public, or that would be useful to them when they are in public places with their fragile X children or adult family members
- that would be useful when they are organising a fundraising event for the Society……
Here then, are the details of what we have so far, and we hope to be able to extend this range in the future: so WATCH THIS SPACE……..

These ‘business card’ style of information cards give an introduction to fragile X on the front of the card, with brief summary of the characteristics of fragile X on the reverse of the card. There are 2 styles, with
- STYLE A for use by the parents or carers of a child or adult with fragile X, to give, for example, rapid information about fragile X to members of the public when their child is having a ‘difficult’ moment; and
- STYLE B for use by adults who have fragile X, to ease communication with individuals they come into contact with, once again, as for style A, giving a summary of the characteristics of fragile X.

AWARENESS CARDS WALLET (Made of strong plastic, this can hold up to 20 cards, so, handy for the handbag! )
These have the distinctive Society logo embroidered into the white fabric, are made of 100% cotton, and would make wonderful presents for your loved ones. They are available in various sizes and cost £17.00 each + P & P (Please contact Susan Layton (01371 875100, or susan@fragilex.org.uk) for more information).
These cleverly shaped cardboard bookmarks` will be a favourite with readers of all ages.
The Fragile X Society Wristbands
These blue rubber wristbands (see picture in the column on the right) have our logo in white. They are great to wear and should be a popular gift, and can be instrumental in raising awareness of fragile X.
PLEASE NOTE that where the wristbands are ordered on their own without any of our other merchandise, then WE DO NOT CHARGE A POSTAGE FEE, as we are keen to promote them because we wish to raise awareness of fragile X amongst both professionals and the general public.
Where the wristbands are purchased with some of our other mechandise then a postage and packing fee is requires as per the amount specified in the Merchandise Order Form.
