We would like to say a massive thank you to Stephen, Keith and Milo.
Stephen who has Fragile X syndrome, decided he would love to raise awareness and support the Fragile X Society.
Stephen's friend Keith has been assisting him with various campaigns. Stephen expressed his desire to create a mug for sale, with the proceeds benefiting the Fragile X Society. With the assistance of Keith's son, they collaborated on designing a coffee mug featuring the Fragile X Society logo on one side and Stephen's football jersey on the other. Stephen is a devoted fan of Brentford Football Club, a team he has supported throughout his life. Initially aiming to sell 20 mugs at £10 each, Stephen and Keith were pleasantly surprised to sell a total of 50 mugs.
Since the lockdowns, Stephen has managed six campaigns, raising money for many different charities. His friend Keith and his son have helped Stephen with the campaigns. Keith said that “Stephen is one of the most charitable and generous people he has ever known. Twenty years ago they met at their local church, and since then have become good friends”.
Thank you all for your hard work and support, as always its means a lot to us at the society.
